(“SM SLA”) We may process your personal data as outlined below: What we collect: Full name, contact number, address, email address, signature, gender, date of birth, place of birth, civil status, nationality, government ID numbers, employment details, names of beneficiaries, and such other information that may be required to comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rules and regulations and other laws. |

Purposes of processing: SM SLA, its authorized personnel, or service group process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services you avail, profiling to improve our services, sending you updates through our marketing activities, complying with regulations, and for other legitimate purposes. Your data may be disclosed to government agencies such as BSP, AMLC, SEC, BIR, judicial and investigative bodies, and others. All collected personal data will be stored and disposed of in accordance with our policies and legal requirements.
